| Brother Tree starts with songwriter, guitarist Donnie James, (Ancient Hippie Records), Multi-instrumentalist & songwriter, Amy Snider… Then you add the talents of Jarrod George on lead guitar. Filter in Bass Player and vocalist, Jacob Turner…This is the core of Brother Tree. Since 2005 Donnie and Amy have been writng songs together. Several band members have come and gone. Jarrod joined them in 2007 and with Dusty Smith on bass, studio work evolved into the album Taking Root. Jacob Turner joined the band on base in June 2009. With songs about life as we know it, like it or not.. The government, the economy, the environment, good love and love lost and sometimes, just something that sounds great and adds a smile to your face or a tear in your eye—That is The Brother Tree Band! |
